PROCESSING

In most conditions Zanderlon® will dissolve in water at around 40º Centigrade.

Please pay particular attention to the following points which will influence this.

Pay attention to the ratio water : socks. (More water means quicker dis-solution).

Pay attention to the good circulation of the water which helps dis-solution.

Pay attention to the water quality (Alkalinity, etc)

It is better to start with hot water to get good results. (Do not start with cold water).

The knitting structure will also influence the dis-solution temperature. (Looser knitting is best).

Please test each lot processed carefully for best results.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The customer is responsible for checking material in advance. Check the processing conditions and test each new lot of yarn introduced into the process.

 

STORAGE

Do not expose Zanderlon® to humidity and keep the yarn sealed when not in use in a cool and dark place
